Neil's level of knowledge is impressive. He was able to answer every question, and if it was a question outside the scope of home inspection he would call someone to get the answer immediately. Even 3 or 4 months after the inspection, he gladly and promptly replied to my inquiries. Neil also used state of the art equipment from digital photos, to computerized testing in my case. It's great to have a detailed report with photos so you can see exactly what is going on. Also the report isn't just a list of facts, he writes recommendations and explains things in an easy to understand context so that you really understand what is going on with the home you are about to purchase. Lastly he is a gentleman. At one point the realtor was late to show up to let us in the house and he patiently waited with me outside for a little over an hour. If you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable professional, Neil is your guy.

Being a first time home owner the process could be very intimidating. When i chose to use Neil for my home inspection from the moment he started till he finished i knew i had made the right choice. Not only is he efficient but he is full of knowledge and professionalism. That helped me understand what the house had to offer even before i am moving in. If i have the chance to use him again i would not think twice to give him a call and if i have the opportunity to refer him to anyone he is the first referral i give.

He did my home inspection about a month ago and he was great, spent a lot of time inspecting every small detail, explained everything and wrote a long and detailed report with many photos.
